  • What can I find in Ministry of Supply’s Infinity Certified Resale Collection?

    You will find real Ministry of Supply garments that come from all corners of our company including returns, damages, samples, photo shoot pieces and items from previous seasons. These Ministry of Supply pieces will ship directly to you from the Ministry of Supply store in Boston, MA.

  • How do I pay for an Infinity Certified Resale item?

    You will pay via our secure checkout in the same way as with any Ministry of Supply order. Simply "Add to Cart" and proceed through the checkout as usual.

  • Do promotions, discounts, and points from Ministry of Supply's primary site apply to Infinity Certified Resale items?

    No, please note that promotions, discounts, and points from Ministry of Supply's primary website (ministryofsupply.com) do not apply to the Infinity Certified Resale website, due to the nature of the product and operation.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Our Boston store associates will fulfill your order within 3 business days. The garment will ship with a tracking number and typically arrives within 3-5 days of being shipped.

  • What is the return policy?

    All Infinity Certified Resale purchases are final sale. If you have any questions or concerns, we are always available to help at the Ministry of Supply infinity@ministryofsupply.com.

  • What should I do when I receive my order?

    Once your order has been delivered you will receive an email to confirm and rate the product. Let us know if your item is up to the standards you expected! If not, let us know within three days through the form. One of our customer service representatives is here to take care of you.

  • Can I buy an item if I don't live in the United States?

    Not yet! The Infinity Certified Resale marketplace powered by Recurate is not currently available to buyers anywhere outside of the US. We are unable to fulfill international shipping orders at this time.
